Competing against Australia’s best and brightest entrepreneurs, Iwan was named winner of the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Eastern Region Industry Category Award. A panel of expert judges selected from 16 entrepreneurs nominated in the Eastern Region and commented: “Iwan has successfully differentiated Crown Group with its resort-feel apartment complexes. To do so competitively, Iwan has changed the property development business model. As a result, Crown Group is achieving excellent market share growth in this competitive industry.”
